1. If the cruise ship cancels port

2. If there's weather conditions and the boat/s unable to do charters.

3. If the weather is bad on a day trip is scheduled charter is rescheduled to the following day when weather is good.

4. Refunding reservations and booking deposit in full a fair fee is deducted.
